There will be a Public Hearing on 8/28/19 @ 6:30pm for an Area Variance submitted by David J. Rouse D/B/A Pete’s Treats. Mr. Rouse plans to add a 20’x30′ addition to the existing structure. In accordance with the Union Springs Zoning Law of 2013 Section 6-6(C)(4)(b) requires a minimum Side Yard Setback of 20 feet. Mr. Rouse is requesting an area variance of 13 feet to comply with the Zoning Law.
The Public Hearing will be held at the Union Springs Village Office, 26 Chapel St., Union Springs, NY 13160.
